Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can disconnect social accounts, delete stored integration data, or request deletion of their JamaliFlow account data.

1. Delete or disconnect inside JamaliFlow

If you can access your account:

  • Log in to JamaliFlow.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Open Connected Accounts or Integrations.
  • Select the social account you want to remove.
  • Click Disconnect or Remove.
  • Confirm the action.

After disconnection, JamaliFlow will stop using the disconnected account for new publishing actions. Previously published posts may remain on the social platform unless you delete them directly on that platform.

2. Request deletion by email

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include:

  • Your JamaliFlow account email.
  • Workspace or company name.
  • Social account, Page, or profile name, if applicable.
  • Whether you want to delete only connected social account data or your full JamaliFlow account.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

3. Remove app access from a social platform

You may also remove JamaliFlow from the settings area of the relevant social platform. For Meta, you can remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram business settings. Removing access may stop future data access and publishing for that platform. To remove existing content already published to the platform, use that platform’s own tools.

4. What data may be deleted

  • Connected account identifiers.
  • Access tokens and granted permission records.
  • Scheduled posts and drafts associated with the deleted account.
  • Publishing history tied to the deleted account.
  • Uploaded media stored in JamaliFlow.
  • Account profile information.

5. What data may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. Retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

6. Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

7. Confirmation

After completing a deletion request, we may send confirmation to the email address associated with your account.
