Social account connection data

When you choose to connect a supported social platform, we may collect and store information provided through the platform authorization flow, such as account identifiers, Page or profile names, usernames, access tokens, granted permissions, connected account status, and publishing results. We use this information only to provide the features you request, such as displaying connected accounts and publishing user-approved posts. We do not ask for or store your social platform passwords.

Content and media

We may collect the text, captions, prompts, hashtags, media files, links, scheduling details, drafts, approvals, and published post status that you create or upload in JamaliFlow.

AI feature data

When you use AI features, we may process prompts, campaign details, brand voice settings, generated captions, edited drafts, and related context needed to provide AI-assisted content suggestions. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential information unless you have the right to do so.

Billing information

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We may receive limited billing details such as subscription status, plan, invoice history, customer ID, and payment status. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

3. Social platform data use

We use data received from social platforms only for the features you authorize and request. For example, we may use connected account identifiers and permissions to show the accounts available in your workspace, publish content you approve, and confirm publishing status.

We do not sell social platform data. We do not use connected accounts to publish content without your explicit action. You can disconnect connected accounts or request deletion of stored integration data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
