This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, trials, and refunds work for JamaliFlow.
1. Subscription plans
JamaliFlow may offer free, trial, monthly, annual, or custom subscription plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are shown at checkout or in your billing settings.
2. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from billing settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Refunds
Unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service issues.
5. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, trial terms will be shown during signup. If payment information is required and you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may begin automatically.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, ask you to update billing details, suspend paid features, or cancel the subscription.
7. Plan changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the billing settings shown at checkout.
