JamaliFlow provides tools for social media content planning, AI-assisted content creation, account connection, scheduling, and publishing to supported social platforms. Features may vary by plan, platform, account type, permissions, and availability.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and have authority to use any workspace, brand, social account, or payment method you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Social platform integrations

When you connect a supported social platform, you authorize us to access and use platform data only as needed to provide the features you request. Your use of social platform integrations is also governed by the terms and policies of the relevant platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect, manage, schedule, and publish content to each social account.

4. User-approved publishing

JamaliFlow is designed so users create, review, approve, and publish or schedule content. You are responsible for all content, media, captions, hashtags, links, campaigns, and instructions submitted through your account.

5. AI-generated content

AI features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated output before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI output will be error-free, compliant with platform rules, or appropriate for every audience.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate laws, regulations, platform terms, or third-party rights.
• Publish spam, deceptive content, malware, phishing, or harmful material.
• Create fake engagement, impersonation, or misleading endorsements.
• Scrape platforms or bypass platform limitations.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the service.
• Share social platform passwords or attempt to collect passwords from others.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, trials, cancellation, and refunds are described at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, modify for formatting, transmit, and publish your content as needed to provide the service and as instructed by you.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

10. Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting, AI providers, analytics, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes, downtime, or decisions by social platforms, including rejected posts or revoked permissions.

11. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful publishing for every post, because publishing may depend on third-party platforms and account status.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamali Web Tech and Media Solution Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jamali Web Tech and Media Solution Company from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
